  1. Clean up

  7. Give yourself an at-home facial 

    Start your treatment by removing any makeup with a towelette. Moisten the skin before using your favorite exfoliant to open the pores before applying a face mask. You can purchase a clay or sheet mask, or you can make one at home using ingredients that are already in the kitchen, like plain yogurt, honey, and egg whites. After 10 to 20 minutes, remove the mask and use a natural jade face roller or sculpting tool to drain water retention and lift the facial muscles.   8. Apply a hair mask

  9. Do an at-home mani-pedi

    While going to a salon can be relaxing, a nail tech isn’t necessary for a standup manicure. So long as you have clippers, a nail file and some polish, you can give yourself a mani-pedi at home. Start off with the pedicure before moving to your fingernails. Cut the nails to your desired length, and then using the file, create the shape you want, whether that’s rounded or squared. Next, apply a base coat and wait 5 minutes before painting on your color of choice. Do up to three coats, depending on the opacity of the polish. Finish it with a colorless top coat that will help the paint dry and shine.   10. Take a long relaxing bath/shower
